Art Deco chandelier with an elegant shape, with beautiful Art Deco details and quality craftsmanship. Vintage original France 1930s.
Six pressed glass shades each signed P. MAYNADIER, renown for the quality and design of his lighting. The shades have an elegant bell shape and impressive Art Deco motifs in relief. They look great both when lit and not. One shade has nicks around the socket hole that are hidden by the socket cover. Two other shades nicks which are shown in the pictures, three others have minute fleabites that have been polished out and are barely noticeable. No cracks to any of the glass shades. Price takes condition into consideration, but as you can see in all of the pictures the glass is beautiful.
Stylish nickel plated bronze and brass fixture. Pure French Art Deco design. The 6 vertical rod design gives the fixture grace and elegance. No signature was found but it is certainly vintage 1930s. The bronze castings and their nickel plating are in excellent condition.
Furnished with new wiring for 220v or 110v.
